Significant Hottie:Kristin Kreuk

Catch her in Street Fighter:The Legend of Chun Li.

Whats Your Vue?

Movie Reviews: Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li

The Skinny: A young woman named Chun-Li (Kristin Kreuk) travels to Bangkok to seek revenge for the death of her father because…that's what a mysterious scroll told her to do. She totally sucks at fighting, but then this dude comes and goes, 'Hey, I'll teach you how to fight!' and then…does. Li uses her newfound fireball-making ability to exact revenge on a baddie named Bison. Yeah, it was awesome.

The Good: Black Eyed Peas' Taboo, playing Vega, gets his ass kicked. We were just happy to see that happen. There are also considerably less annoying Street Fighter characters than the original train wreck. We're not sure how good that is, but it's better than bad, right?

The Bad: Really, truly, everything. But what do you expect from the director of the equally-laughable video game adaptation Doom, and three movies starring DMX (Romeo Must Die, Exit Wounds, Cradle 2 the Grave)? Anchoring the marginal acting are horribly written and even more horribly delivered 'tough-guy' lines that'll make you cringe like someone cut one in the theater. And, then there are the chi fireballs, which make only three appearances and look like spinning globs of glowing tumbleweed.It's Street Fighter-at least attempt to get the fireballs correct.

New FPS Controller for Sony PS3

There's not exactly a wealth of information about this one just yet, but peripheral maker mLani (started by the former founder of SplitFish) looks to be doing its best to make PC gamers feel a bit more at home on the PS3 with this new FPS-minded controller which, coincidentally, looks to compete directly with some of SplitFish's own offerings. Apparently, in addition to improving your aim in Killzone 2, this one can double as a mouse for your PC and, as you can see above, it's also wireless, although it's at least possible that the cable between the mouse and the Wiimote-esque controller has been conveniently omitted. No word on a price, but this one's supposedly on track for a release in the next three months or so.

Chrysler Brings Detroit Show EV Concepts to Geneva

To the surprise of no one, cash-strapped Chrysler LLC won’t be performing any global premieres at next week’s Geneva Motor Show. Instead, the American automaker will showcase its electric vehicle future (that is, if it makes it through the economic crisis)Dodge Circuit EV with the European premieres of the Chrysler 200C EV concept vehicle and Dodge Circuit EV prototype, both of which made their debut at January’s Detroit Auto Show.

The stylishly-penned Chrysler 200C EV mid-size sedan concept comes equipped the firm’s ENVI electric-drive system that combines a small gasoline engine and integrated electric generator. According to Chrysler, the rear-wheel drive 200C has 64 kilometers (40 miles) of all-electric range, and a total-driving range of 644-kilometer (400-mile).The Lotus Elise-based Dodge Circuit EV is a sport proposition that boasts a range of 241 to 322 kilometers (150 to 200 miles) with zero gasoline consumption and zero tailpipe emissions.

Pantech Matrix Pro available at at&t

G, thanks to the official announcement from AT&T and Pantech at last week’s MWC, but it looks like the two companies have gone ahead and made this bad boy available for the world to abuse. Early reports place the Pantech Matrix Pro in stores right…about…now. You can head down and pick one up for the oh-so-reasonable price of $179.99 after $50 mail-in rebate with a 2-year contract. What does that $180 buy you? A Windows Mobile Standard-based dual slider phone with a 528mhz processor driving a 2.4″ QVGA screen, GPS and more. Sadly, there’s no Wi-Fi on this baby but AT&T seems to think that its 3G coverage should deliver all the high speed browsing power you could want. Hmmm. Overall, this looks like a solid upgrade to last year’s Pantech WM slider offering, though given the compromises made on that device, it wouldn’t be hard to top its lackluster performance. Anyone excited enough to head on down and give the Matrix Pro a try? Let us know!

HTC Touch Pro 2 Coming To America

As you might recall, when HTC unveiled the Touch Pro2 and Touch Diamond2 during this year’s Mobile World Congress, all HTC would commit to was a Q2 European release. Obviously not wanting to have another Touch HD fiasco on its hands, it was widely speculated that HTC would not be so foolish as to leave North Americans high and dry with another extremely attractive handset this time around. The problem however, was that many were concerned a North American version of the Touch Pro2 would arrive quite some time after its release in Europe. In other words, most people eager to get their hands on the device would have already moved on by the time it actually reached US soil. Fear not, HTC fans; along came HTC’s official Twitter account to explain that “The Touch Pro2 will be broadly available in all major markets, including North America.” But when would this North American release be? Seven minutes later another tweet stated that the Touch Pro2 “Will start to roll it out late Q2.” It’s ambiguous at best, but could we be looking at a near-simultaneous North American/European release?

Flo Rida Kicks Some Eminem Butt

Los Angeles (E! Online) – Flo Rida is in a definite sunshine state of mind after taking down Eminem.

For the second time in just over a year, Flo Rida has set a new record for digital downloads, as his new single, 'Right Round,' was downloaded a whopping 636,000 times last week, per Nielsen SoundScan.The rapper topped his own record. His 2008 track 'Low' held the previous mark with 467,000 downloads.

'Right Round' also set a new record for a digital debut, topping Eminem, 50 Cent and Dr. Dre's 'Crack the Bottle,' which scored 418,000 downloads just last week. Likewise, Flo Rida's new track displaced Em & Co.'s single at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 singles chart.

'Right Round,' built around a sample of Dead or Alive's 1985 chart-topper 'You Spin Me Round (Like a Record),' is the lead single from Flo Rida's forthcoming R.O.O.T.S., due out March 31.

Significant Hottie:Katherine Heigl

While her fate is up in the air on Grey's Anatomy, Katherine Heigl will keep plenty busy even if her tenure at Seattle Grace comes to a tragic end.

She will join Ashton Kutcher in the Lionsgate thriller Five Killers, which, depending on how her Seattle Grace storyline plays out, will either be her Grey's hiatus movie or her first post-op project.

Killers will see Heigl playing a woman who marries her very own McDreamy while on vacation, only to find her newlywed life threatened after learning the couple next door are assassins out to kill her and her hubby. The film reunites Heigl with Robert Luketic, who directed her in the upcoming rom-com The Ugly Truth.

Cameras roll next month in Atlanta and the south of France.

2010 Chevy Equinox:

The all-new 2010 Chevrolet Equinox builds on the the previous model with more of what segment buyers are looking for across pretty much every aspect. Better interior, better styling, better engines, better transmissions and smarter features. You can bet GM will be trumpeting from the heavens the new Equinox's 30 MPG highway rating when optioned with the direct injection 2.4 liter four cylinder and standard six speed transmission, but we've seen the little SUV in the sheetmetal and we're happy to say the Equinox isn't just a fuel economy figure.

The new Equinox takes styling inspiration mainly from the Chevy Malibu, but there are hints of other cars in the lineup as well. Outside we see the Equinox gets the new Chevy face, first seen on the Malibu, with a bit more curvaceousness in the headlights and a bit of extra chrome around the fog lamps. The sides get a heaping helping of styling with big fender flares over your choice of 16, 17 or 18 inch wheels, and a strong shoulder line runs front to back to link everything together. We think the Hofmeister kink at the back of the rear door glass is both amusing and cool looking. The design of the doors has been changed so they extend all the way though the rocker panel, virtually eliminating stepover height. The rear... looks like an SUV.

Dont Get Caught With This In Vegas

Usually, it's Apple who has the problem with a potential app. Now, it's The Man taking issue with one that Cupertino deemed fit for distribution. Nevada gaming officials have been tipped off a card counting application that can be installed on the iPhone and iPod touch, which would obviously give Blackjack gamers an upper-hand over the system. According to control board member Randy Sayre, using a device to 'aid in the counting of cards is considered a felony under Nevada laws governing cheating,' and considering that the program can even be used in 'stealth mode,' it could be easy to miss unless you're really on the lookout. Of course, it's up to individual casinos to determine their policies on cellphones, but if you were planning to counter this recession by racking up on ten straight 21s this weekend, you might want to seriously consider the consequences first.

Sweet Fury!

For 2010, Honda introduces the Fury, a full-on chopper featuring a fork raked out to 38 degrees and the longest wheelbase ever on a production Honda motorcycle at 71.25 inches!

Power comes from the same 1312cc, liquid-cooled, 52-degree, single-pin-crank V-Twin as in the VTX1300 series. When we asked Senior Manager for Product Planning Chuck Miller why not something larger in displacement, he said, 'The 1300cc engine is the target for us at the moment, because that is what we're the best at and because that is what our customers tell us they are looking for.'

The Fury features 4 inches of travel up front and just under that out back, so riders won't feel like they're getting tortured on a rigid. Other refinements include fuel-injection, shaft drive and the excellent fit and finish we've come to expect from Big Red. The Fury will have an MSRP under $15,000, with a pile of accessories available.

Carbon-fiber Body Kit For New Lamborghini Gallardo

For some people, not even a Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 is exotic enough for their taste. That’s where specialized tuners like IMSA come into the picture. The German tuning firm developed a new carbon-fiber bodykit for the facelifted Gallardo which consists of an aerodynamically optimized front apron, larger fenders for all four wheel arches, side skirts and a rear bumper with an integrated diffuser. As is the case with such tuning proposals, the aerokit can be enhanced with a new set of alloy wheels.

Plant and Krauss Surprisingly Dominate Grammys

LOS ANGELES (AFP) – Led Zeppelin legend Robert Plant and bluegrass singer Alison Krauss dominated the Grammy awards, grabbing five prizes for their groundbreaking rock-country collaboration 'Raising Sand'.

On a night of drama in which pop singer Rihanna withdrew from a scheduled performance, other big winners included rapper Lil Wayne, who took four awards and British supergroup Coldplay with three.

'I'd like to say I'm bewildered,' Plant told the audience at the Staples Center after winning the coveted album of the year and record of the year with bluegrass icon Krauss.

'In the old days we would have called this selling out, but it's a good way to spend a Sunday.

Chris Brown & Rihanna;What A Shame! On Grammy Day

His world may be in upheaval, but Chris Brown is holed up in a Hollywood hotel, keeping quiet.

While information continues to trickle out about what was apparently an ugly dispute between the R&B star and his girlfriend, Rihanna, one of his major sponsors, gum maker Wrigley, is distancing itself from the 19-year-old 'Forever' singer.

Although the Los Angeles Police Department issued a statement Sunday night saying Brown had been arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats and could face additional charges now that the case had been forwarded to the district attorney, prosecutors tell E! News that the announcement was premature and the investigation is ongoing.

'LAPD are telling some reporters that we received the evidence but we have not received anything yet,' says Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the county district attorney. 'Normally it would come in today, maybe this afternoon, but no, they haven't presented it and I don't know when they will.'

Robison says that the probe is still continuing—unusual for such cases—as detectives want to make sure they do a thorough job given that a celebrity is involved.

Brown's camp, including newly hired criminal attorney Mark Geragos, has remained mum on the incident.

50 Doesn't Have To Give Up 50!"Million"

As far as 50 Cent's baby mama is concerned, the rapper's money train has left the station.

A Manhattan State Supreme Court Justice today dismissed a $50 million lawsuit brought against the artist by former girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins, who was attempting to obtain half of 50 Cent's assets after claiming the rapper promised to take care of her for life.

Justice Carol Edmead dismissed all 15 claims brought by Tompkins, with whom he has an 11-year-old son, calling the case 'an unfortunate tale of a love relationship gone sour.'

'I'm very thankful for this decision,' 50 Cent said. 'I knew that once the facts were heard that justice would prevail. I hope now that we can put this behind us and move forward with our lives.

Nokia E75;Coming Soon

Symbian fans around the globe have been eagerly anticipating this puppy since it was first spied in a leaked product video back in September. A complete departure from currently available Nokia handsets, the E75 is an ultra-slim dual-keypad slider with a standard 0-9 pad beneath the display and a landscape QWERTY exposed by the slide. Chrome accents, sleek rounded lines, a nice wide full keyboard - it’s all good. A quick recap of the confirmed specs:

* 3.2 megapixel camera
* HSDPA
* Wi-Fi
* microSDHC support

As is often the case leading up to an official Nokia announcement, we can expect to see plenty more of the E75 in the coming two weeks. That’s right folks, all signs continue to point to an MWC announcement and word is we might have an uncharacteristically swift release and a very attractive price point to look forward to.

Possible Future Cadillac!

GM is beating on the drums -- softly, to be sure -- and the message they're sending is that the Cadillac Converj Concept could see production. The first issue with building such a car is money, and GM's problems in that arena are already well-documented. If that hurdle were to be cleared, GM has said that the next question is the number of doors: two or four?

A four-door car has a much better chance at the kind of volume GM would need in order to make the Converj a worthy proposition and Lutz apparently said that a production Converj would be as close to the concept as the production Camaro. If GM adds an extra set of doors while maintaining the go-fast profile, it would still have a car that could drive straight into a buyer's heart.

But how much would it cost? The Volt -- under the mass-market Chevy brand -- is expected to run about $40,000 when it arrives. Add in the brand premium and the requisite luxury accoutrements, and when it's tallied up, a theoretical Cadillac version is likely to wear a substantially higher sticker price. Would buyers be ready to embrace it?
